Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply to EpiFive Mail Merge for Outlook (the "add-in") and its website, made by EpiFive ("we"). By installing or using the add-in you agree to them.

1. What you get

The add-in lets you send personalised emails from your own Microsoft mailbox. The Free plan includes 50 emails per day. The Pro plan raises this to up to 1500 emails per day, always within the limits Microsoft sets for your mailbox.

2. Acceptable use and anti-spam

You are the sender of every email. You agree to:

Do not use the add-in for phishing, malware, harassment, or illegal content. Microsoft may limit or block mailboxes that send unwanted mail; that is outside our control.

3. Subscriptions and payment

4. Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we handle. In short: your lists and emails stay in your mailbox; we only receive a hashed email address for the licence check.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the add-in running, but it depends on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Cloudflare and Razorpay, and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

6. No warranty

The add-in is provided "as is". We do not promise that every email will be delivered, will reach the inbox, or will not be marked as spam, because delivery is decided by Microsoft and by the recipients' mail providers. Always send a test first.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or emails sent, not sent or delayed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Suspension

We may suspend Pro access if the add-in is used to break these terms, for example to send spam. We will tell you why where we can.

9. Trademarks

Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. EpiFive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer protection rights you have in your own country are not affected.
