Your list stays in your mailbox
The add-in runs inside Outlook. Your spreadsheet is read on your device and emails go out through Microsoft's own service from your mailbox. EpiFive never receives your contacts, messages or attachments. The only thing our server sees is a one-way hash of your email address, to check whether you have Pro. Read the privacy policy.
Mail merge is for people who gave you their address or already work with you. Bought or scraped lists break Microsoft's terms and anti-spam laws, and can get your mailbox blocked. Every email can include an unsubscribe line, and you should honour every request.

Microsoft also limits how much any mailbox can send: Microsoft 365 work accounts allow 10,000 recipients a day and 30 messages a minute; personal Outlook.com accounts allow less. The add-in stays under these limits. Prices shown in INR; taxes may apply.
Install
The Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource) listing is on its way. Until then you can add the add-in yourself in two minutes.
- Download the add-in file: manifest.xml.
- Open aka.ms/olksideload and sign in. Outlook on the web opens with the Add-ins for Outlook window.
- Choose My add-ins, scroll to Custom Addins, then Add a custom add-in > Add from File, and pick the file.
- Open any email, choose Apps (or the ribbon in classic Outlook), then EpiFive Mail Merge. The add-in also appears in new and classic Outlook for Windows, which can take up to a day in classic Outlook.
Company accounts: your Microsoft 365 admin can deploy the same file for everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Settings > Integrated apps).
Questions
Which Outlook versions work?
Outlook on the web, new Outlook for Windows, classic Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365) and Outlook for Mac. Sending uses Microsoft Graph, so your mailbox must be in Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com (not an on-premises Exchange server).
Do emails look like a newsletter?
No. Each email is a normal one-to-one message with a single recipient in the To line, sent from your mailbox and saved in Sent Items, so replies come straight back to you.
Do I need to keep Outlook open?
Yes. Sending runs in the add-in pane, so keep it open (pin it) until the run finishes. If you close it, download the report, then upload it again to continue; rows already sent are skipped.
How big can attachments be?
Up to 3 MB per email in total. For bigger files, put a sharing link in the email instead.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel any time from the Razorpay link in your subscription email, or write to us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
